I am a Personal Assistant who works in a Free Lance capacity offering Business Support Administration Packages to SME's. I act as a lean approach for businesses who are looking to reduce waste in terms of time and money. If you decide to partner with me you will have no payroll & office equipment overheads, only pay for work completed and all work will be completed in an efficient and professional manner.

Scheduling weekly content onto Social Media platforms via Digital Marketing Dashboards

3. Project Management
Recruitment Administration, Event Co-ordination, Operations of a Project coming on board & Once off Project (Start to Finish Co-ordination)
Complete an administration audit of your business to streamline your systems working more efficiently and less waste. 

4. Pain Free Paper Work Package: 5 Hours per week 
Email / Inbox Clean-up
Maintain weekly email / inbox clean up
Dropbox tidy up
Maintain Dropbox clean up
Create weekly Sales Invoices for clients
Keep record of all weekly purchase invoices 
Data entry
Create all general correspondence
Once off admin duties that may arise
