Hi, my name is Mary, my goal is to enable organisations take a whole-person-whole-organisation approach to health and well-being which cultivates and supports a culture that is positive to mental health, is (dis)ability confident and is open to diversity and inclusion.

Through my service, I will assist organisations reduce the impact and duration of absenteeism by early intervention case management whilst ensuring they are meeting their obligations under Reasonable Accommodation requirements and their own corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitments.

Organisations can choose from a suite of service options to meet their needs as detailed below;

*Policies and Procedures*

I will write the policies and procedures to support an organisations’ retention activities, this provides clarity and equity for staff across all levels.

*Absence and Retention Consultant*

My role as an Absence and Retention Consultant is to engage with clients addressing the challenges and risks posed by absenteeism and to offer early interventions to their absent employee. By case managing each absence, I can deliver a cost-effective and person-centered solution that maintains a positive focus on the return to work of an employee in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.

Both employer and employee are supported to navigate the return to work process, a return to work plan is drafted with barriers and solutions identified, inputs from health care professionals are included when and where necessary.

Support continues after the return to work to ensure the plan is being adhered to, is progressing and address unforeseen challenges that may arise.

*Support Sessions*

Parents at Work - A unique 4hour session for a parent prior to the end of maternity leave to help ensure a smooth transition back to work. Return to work after maternity can pose specific challenges which are addressed through this practical, informative session with ample opportunity to talk with other parents in a similar situation.
