Hi, my name is Sinead and I have over 30+ years in customer service roles providing a very customer orientated service to clients. Prior to setting up my limited company, I worked as managing director for a holiday home/property management and rental company for over 20 years and my responsibilities covered all aspects of business from marketing to finance including building on customer relationships, all aspects of administration and database management.
I have a comprehensive knowledge of all MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access etc) and most software used in an office environment e.g. Adobe photoshop, Canva & Hootsuite and CRM Software. I am adept at learning customer specific software quickly and proficiently.
