Job Description

A Leadership Coach located in theNorthwest providing a professional coaching service to Executives as well asfacilitating change management workshops and inspiring audiences throughspeaking engagements requires the assistance of a Virtual Assistant inproviding ad-hoc administration support.

The following is an outline of thesupport required with the option to review later.

Online Booking System – monitor and manage bookings

Email Management – archive existing emails, create folders,acknowledge and respond to enquiries (draft response emails approved in advancewith Consultant)

One Page CRM – Input data from initial enquiries received throughdirect emails and booking system

Diary management – manage and update Consultant Schedule (GoogleCalendar)

Bookkeeping (Sage) – Issue invoices, monitor outstanding invoices,record sales, purchases, receipts

Research – carry out research into network events with apredominant audience of female business owners. Contact organisers to arrange speaking opportunities.

GDPR – Knowledge of GDPR and ability to create online system andupdate as required.

It is expected that those that comeforward are:

– Organised with strong time management skills – flexible approach

– Have exceptional attention to detail

– Can plan own work schedule to deliver tasks on time

– Excellent oral/written communication skills

Based on current work load it isestimated 10 hours per calendar month would be sufficient.

Where support is required for theimplementation of a GDPR system and Research it is acknowledged that this mayrequire further hours at the initial stage. Please state clearly on your quotation the price associated with thesetasks.

Please provide a copy of serviceagreement stating terms of contract, hourly or monthly retainer rate and anoutline of previous experience relevant to support required.

Deadline for receiving proposalis no later than the 29th June 2018.
